How do I book a PRAEVAN chauffeur?

Booking takes just seconds on our website: enter pickup location, destination, date and time, choose your vehicle, and pay online. You'll immediately receive a confirmation email.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 12 hours ahead to ensure availability. For major events (weddings, galas, roadshows), 1-2 weeks ahead is preferable. Last-minute bookings are welcome subject to availability.

What vehicles do you offer?

Accepted Answer

We offer three tiers: Business Class (Mercedes-Benz E-Class, Mercedes EQE all-electric, BMW 5 Series/i5 — up to 3 pax), First Class (Mercedes-Benz S-Class, BMW 7 Series/i7 — luxury, up to 3 pax), and Van Class (Mercedes-Benz V-Class VIP and Vito Tourer — up to 7 pax, lounge layout). All vehicles are recent, with leather interiors, Wi-Fi and complimentary beverages.

How are your rates calculated?

For airport transfers, we apply a flat all-inclusive rate: €150 E-Class, €170 Van, €230 S-Class. For other trips, per-km rates apply: €3/km E-Class, €4/km Van, €6/km S-Class. A 15% surcharge applies on Sundays and public holidays. Displayed prices are firm — no hidden fees.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay and Google Pay via secure provider Stripe. Payment is made online at booking. PRAEVAN never stores card data.

Question 6

Can I cancel or modify my booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Between 24 h and 3 h before, 50% is refunded. Less than 3 h before or no-show: no refund. To modify, contact reservation@praevan-mobility.com.

Question 7

What if my flight is delayed?

Accepted Answer

For all airport transfers, we automatically track your flight via your flight number. The chauffeur adjusts arrival based on actual landing. 60 free minutes of waiting are included after actual landing.

Question 8

Can the chauffeur wait for me with a sign?

Accepted Answer

Yes — this is our "Meet & greet" option (+€20). The chauffeur will wait in the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name, dressed impeccably. Ideal for VIPs and international travelers.

Can I request a child seat?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we offer suitable child seats (booster, infant seat). Select the option at booking (+€15) and specify the child's age. The seat will be installed and checked before your arrival.

Are your chauffeurs licensed?

Accepted Answer

All our chauffeurs hold a professional VTC card issued by French authorities, have passed the professional aptitude exam and undergo mandatory continuing training. PRAEVAN Mobility is listed on the National VTC Registry (n° EVTC091250193) and covered by Professional Liability insurance.

Do you offer long-distance trips?

Absolutely. We handle intercity trips (Paris - Deauville, Paris - Reims, Paris - Geneva, etc.) and international rides on quote. Our S-Class and V-Class VIP are perfect for extended journeys.

Can I book for a wedding or event?

Accepted Answer
